What is RTT®?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) is a root-cause method that goes to the root of an issue, so you can heal from it. It’s like an infected tooth: you can numb the pain, but real relief comes when you treat the root—so healing can finally take place.

FAQ: YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Is RTT right for me if I’ve tried everything else?
Absolutely. Many of my clients come to me after talk therapy, meditation, or even self-help courses that never fully tackled their anxiety at its root. RTT aims to uncover what’s driving your behavior—so you experience relief that lasts, not just a quick fix. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of why you feel stuck and the ability to finally shift it.

Everyone’s journey is unique. Some people notice a powerful change after one session, while others need a few more for a deeper reset. It’s a collaborative process: the more open and committed you are—listening to your personalized recording, showing up for follow-ups—the more profound your results. Together, we create an approach that’s tailored to your pace, plus ongoing support that respects your readiness to transform.

That’s totally normal—especially if anxiety is constantly challenging your sense of trust. I’m here to answer your questions during our free call. We’ll talk through your concerns, see if RTT aligns with your goals, and you’ll leave with clarity—whether you decide to move forward or not. You’re in a judgment-free zone to explore options, gain insight, and only proceed if it truly feels right.
RTT mixes together elements of hypnosis, psychotherapy, and CBT, but cuts straight to the origin of your struggles more directly. Think of it like a guided deep-dive into the subconscious “why,” so you can finally rewire what’s holding you back—rather than just talking about it. You’ll get faster clarity on the root of your anxieties and a tangible path to relief.

It is safe, though it is not recommended for those who suffer with epilepsy, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or psychosis.

I do understand the skepticism, hypnosis is often portrayed to look like mind control or making one doing something they don’t want to do. That’s not what this is.

Hypnosis is just a word. It is used to describe a specific brainwave state(s) that we naturally go into.

In these states, we’re more suggestible.

Have you ever noticed that when you first wake up in the morning, you might feel a bit more emotional or irritated? This because when we sleep, we dream. And when we dream, we’re in REM (rapid eye movement). That’s the subconscious part of the brain. It’s responsible for processing emotions. It’s where our memories are stored. It’s where our beliefs live.

The subconscious is essentially the feeling part of the brain.

So when we’re closer to that state, like right when we wake up; we can be more sensitive. If someone says something rude, we might take it more personally or overreact or feel hurt, because we’re operating more from that emotional, subconscious space.

Hypnosis is simply turning our attention inward on purpose to achieve a certain outcome. It is nothing that I do to you. I always tell people, all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. I just help facilitate. You are the one that stays in control.

RTT also weaves in techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—a form of therapy that helps you identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns. We use it in a hands-on, subconscious-focused way to speed up the shift from old habits to healthier, more empowering ones. CBT helps create: A safe, calm environment where you stay in the driver’s seat Clarity on “why” you feel stuck or anxious Real tools to rewire those beliefs for lasting relief—no stage tricks required.

The personalized recording is created just for you after your RTT session. It helps your mind absorb and deepen the shifts you made, gently supporting lasting change beneath the surface. As your subconscious does the work in the background, this recording helps ease anxiety, quiet self-doubt, and rebuild trust in yourself—day by day.

It’s not just an audio—it’s daily support. As the words sink in, your inner dialogue slowly rewires—less doubt, more trust.

Pro tip: Set a daily reminder. Like brushing your teeth, think of it as simple, essential care for your inner world.

Vulnerability is courageous. I create a safe, empathetic space for you to explore your past and current challenges at your own pace. You’ll never be rushed or judged. I’m here to ensure you feel seen, heard, and supported as you unravel the layers of anxiety—step by step.
