As someone who knows what it feels like to live in survival mode instead of truly living, I understand how crippling anxiety, self-doubt, chronic pain, and fear of failure can be. If you feel stuck and are questioning why nothing seems to change, I understand how you feel. I've lived in that fog myself, and what I've learned is that healing begins when you address the root, not just the surface symptoms.
I work with people who have spent years managing anxiety, holding it together on the outside while carrying tension, self-doubt, or constant internal pressure underneath. I know how exhausting that becomes, not just mentally but physically, when your nervous system stays on alert, even when there’s no clear threat in front of you.
Our work together focuses on identifying and releasing the root of what’s driving the anxiety, not just managing the surface symptoms. Anxiety rarely begins in the present moment. It often traces back to earlier experiences where a subconscious belief was formed about safety, worth, visibility, control, or belonging. Over time, that belief becomes automatic. The body responds before the mind even has a chance to intervene. In our sessions, we gently trace those patterns back to their origin, to the point where the belief first took shape. From there, we work to release and reframe what is no longer serving you.
This root-cause orientation is central to my work. Rather than teaching coping strategies or endlessly analyzing the problem, the focus is on addressing it at its foundation, so your nervous system no longer needs to react in the same way. Sessions are calm, structured, and collaborative. You remain aware and in control throughout the process. My work is integrative and root-cause oriented, drawing from Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®), subconscious work, and nervous system–based techniques, always grounded in presence, deep listening, and respect for your readiness.
I learned firsthand that real change is a collaborative process and that transformation can be both challenging and incredibly liberating. RTT isn’t a magic trick; it’s a method that helps you unearth the root causes of your struggles and rewrite them. You do the work. I walk beside you. Together, we’ll help you breathe free and finally feel like yourself again.
If you’ve read this far, maybe you’re feeling that pull, the one that says you’re ready for something different. I’d love to connect, answer your questions, and see if this work is right for you.
